1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and www8k8 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming platform operating under the domain www8k8.cam. 2.2 Jurisdiction

www8k8 services are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and each time you access our platform. Users accessing www8k8 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

We employ geolocation technology to verify your location. Attempts to mask your location using VPNs, proxy servers, or other anonymization tools constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Account Requirements

You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

You may request withdrawals via the same payment method used for deposits unless circumstances require alternative arrangements. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process in 5-10 minutes. Bank transfers process within 15-60 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time, excluding holidays).

www8k8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ₱50,000. Verification requests must be completed within seven (7) calendar days or withdrawals may be cancelled and funds returned to your gaming balance.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations, www8k8 implements strict AML procedures. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawals are permitted. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without gaming activity constitute prohibited behavior and may result in account investigation and closure.

We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR as required by law.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

In the event of technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. You agree that www8k8's maximum liability for any service disruption shall not exceed the amount wagered during the affected period.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, www8k8 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from use of www8k8 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6.3 As-Is Basis

www8k8 services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. We will process closure requests within forty-eight (48) hours. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification of identity and completion of any pending wagering requirements.

7.2 Termination by www8k8

www8k8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Provided false or misleading information during registration
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Become subject to self-exclusion or regulatory prohibition
• Posed a risk to www8k8 operations or other users

In cases of termination for cause, www8k8 may withhold account balances pending investigation and may report violations to appropriate authorities.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱500 or 10% of remaining balance (whichever is less) after six (6) months of dormancy notice. Accounts with zero balance after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity may be permanently closed.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of www8k8 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, you must first contact www8k8 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Provide a detailed description of the issue, relevant account information, and supporting documentation. We will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.

8.3 PAGCOR Complaints
